Day 1: Brows are 20%-25% darker than expected results.
All clients will have moderate swelling and redness after the procedure.
Day 2-4: Swelling and redness subside. Brows appear darker due to the scabbing process.
Day 5-7: Brow shedding begins.
Day 7-14: Shedding is complete and brows will appear light.
Week 2-6: Brows will begin to darken by day and true color will resurface by your 6th week.
Week 6-8: Schedule Touch up appointment
After-care:
Stay out of the sun for 24 hours after your session. Must wear a hat if you decide to be outdoors.
Do not sleep on your side until brows have fully shed. Note: sleeping on your side will rub your scabs off too early, which will result in your brows healing blurry or disappearing.
When the area begins to flake, do not pick, peel, or pull on the skin. You must leave your scabs alone and let them shed naturally.
Apply a thin coat or jojoba oil or grapeseed oil with a q-tip starting from Day 3 to Day 8 before you go to sleep.
Avoid sweating for 7 days
Keep brows dry as much as possible and avoid direct water on the brows for 7 days. After 7 days, the brows can get wet. If they get wet, gently pat them dry with a clean towel. Do not scrub off the scrubs scabs, just pat them dry! Use a washcloth to wash your face to better control any liquid substance.
Do not allow any water to touch your face during showers.
Until healing is complete: Keep your hands clean and avoid touching brows.
Do not scrub or pick treated brows.
Do not use peroxide or Neosporin.
Do not expose your brow area to direct sunlight or tanning beds.
Avoid exposing your brows to excessive moisture or humidity, such as : facials, swimming, whirlpools (hot tubs), saunas, steam rooms, and steamy showers.
